From 18 February 2027, every EV battery, LMT battery and industrial battery above 2 kWh sold in the EU needs a Digital Product Passport and a QR code. Textiles, steel, furniture and electronics follow. The kit gets your company ready, without a SaaS subscription and without uploading product data to anyone's cloud.

What's included

• DPP Engine, an offline app: imports CSV and Excel exports from SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo and other systems, scores readiness per product, group and supplier, creates GS1 Digital Link QR codes, signs every passport version (ES256) and keeps a tamper-evident audit log. Exports a ready-to-upload passport website. English and German interface, tested with 10,000 products.
• Data workbook (Excel, English + German): 8 product-group sheets with input help in every cell, GTIN check digit, fill rate and status per row, a readiness dashboard and a field guide.
• Playbook (PDF, 24 pages, English + German): ESPR and the Battery Regulation in plain words, deadlines, the battery passport in detail, a 90-day roadmap, checklists, supplier email templates, SAP, Dynamics and Odoo export guides and a hosting guide.

You need

A current Chrome or Edge, Excel or a compatible spreadsheet app, and a web domain with HTTPS to publish passports. Hosting is not included.

Licence
