For companies where several people work on product passports and every change has to be provable: who changed what, who approved it and why. It contains everything in the Standard kit plus team, supply-chain and lifecycle features, still 100% offline and without a SaaS subscription.

What Professional adds

• Four-eyes approval: a second person approves with a personal ES256 key before anything is signed. Nobody can approve their own changes, and any later edit voids the approval.
• Version history: a reason for every change after issue, field-by-field comparison of versions, and every version chained to the fingerprint of the one before. A history CSV lists dates, approvers, fields and reasons.
• Second-life passports: a repurposed, remanufactured or re-used battery gets a new passport linked to the original (Battery Regulation Art. 77). Mark as recycled closes a passport and keeps it in your archive.
• Supplier packs: one Excel file per supplier with only their missing products and fields, plus a ready email text. Returned files import as they are, and every row finds its product.
• Branded passport pages: your logo and brand colour, with field labels in English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and Dutch. Visitors switch language on the page itself, with no JavaScript and no cookies.
• Security and data protection fact sheet: 4 pages, English + German, covering architecture, data flows, cryptography, key management and GDPR facts for your IT and data protection approval.
• Licence certificate (fillable, English + German) and SHA-256 checksums for every file in the kit.

• DPP Engine Professional, an offline app: imports SAP, Dynamics, Odoo or any CSV and Excel export, readiness per product and supplier, GS1 Digital Link QR codes, ES256 signatures, a hash-chained audit log, the passport website, a restricted package, ERP write-back and A4 label sheets. English and German interface.
• Data workbook (Excel, English + German): 8 product groups with live checks.
• Playbook (PDF, 27 pages, English + German): including three pages on the Professional features.

A current Chrome or Edge, Excel or a compatible spreadsheet app, and a web domain with HTTPS to publish passports. Hosting is not included.

Licence

One company (one legal entity), all employees, any number of computers. Not for resale. The licence covers the version you download; updates are not part of the purchase.
