The isendi Inventory Forecasting & Reorder Model replaces gut feeling with a transparent, data-driven reorder system for growing product brands. It reads your sales history and supplier lead times and tells you, for every product, what to reorder, when, how much, and how much cash it needs.

What the model does

• 12-month seasonal demand forecast: per product, learned from up to 24 months of sales history
• Safety stock & reorder points: that cover both uneven demand and late suppliers, with service levels per ABC class
• Order quantities: that respect minimum order quantities (MOQ) and case packs, with an order-up-to (cash-optimised) or EOQ (cost-optimised) method
• 8 colour-coded statuses: Stock-out, Reorder now, Order soon, Healthy, Overstock, Dead stock and more
• Purchase order list: sorted by urgency, with a summary per supplier including deposit and balance due dates
• Cash flow plan: 13-week supplier payment schedule and a 12-month revenue vs. purchases outlook
